Terms for Idaho Pest Solutions in Idaho

What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Idaho Pest Solutions provides General Pest Control only for the pests, locations, and treatment steps described in your estimate or service record. Work may include inspection and treatment of accessible areas for common household pests.

The written scope controls; it does not automatically include wildlife, structural repairs, sanitation, exclusion work, infestations requiring specialized treatment, or treatment of areas that cannot be safely accessed. Those services require a separate estimate and your approval before work begins.

Pesticide use must follow applicable requirements, including Idaho Pesticide and Chemigation Law, Idaho Code Title 22, Chapter 34, applicator licensing under Idaho Code § 22-3407, and EPA-registered label directions under FIFRA, including section 12(a)(2)(G) and 7 U.S.C. § 136.

We follow applicable EPA container-disposal instructions under 40 CFR Part 165 and determine waste handling under relevant federal and Idaho rules. Applicable guidance may also come from EPA, OSHA, the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, and, when relevant, Idaho Health and Welfare.

Arranging, Changing, or Canceling a Visit

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Idaho Pest Solutions. We confirm the planned visit and the service scope with you; a requested date is not final until confirmed.

Please provide safe access to the agreed areas and tell us about relevant site conditions before the appointment. If you need to cancel or change a visit, contact us as soon as practical so we can discuss available times.

Any cancellation charge or other appointment-specific condition will be disclosed before you agree to it; no undisclosed fee is created by this section.

If a technician finds that the requested work differs from the approved scope, requires additional treatment, or cannot be completed safely, we will explain the issue and seek your approval before proceeding with added work. You may decline the change.

We may need to reschedule or limit service when access, weather, safety, or label directions prevent the planned work. A revised appointment or scope takes effect only when confirmed.

Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment

An estimate describes the work and price Idaho Pest Solutions expects to provide based on the information available and conditions observed. It is not approval for work outside that description.

Ask questions before accepting if any part of the scope or price is unclear. You approve an estimate by a method we offer, such as confirming by phone, email, or written acceptance.

The estimate or service record will state when payment is due and the accepted payment methods; payment is due as disclosed there.

Conditions discovered during service may change the work needed. We will explain any proposed change and its price, then obtain your approval before doing additional chargeable work.

If you do not approve, we may complete only the authorized portion or stop and discuss next steps. Do not rely on an informal conversation to change a written estimate unless Idaho Pest Solutions confirms the revised scope and price. No specific price, payment plan, or financing offer is promised by these terms.

What to Expect About Service Guarantees

Idaho Pest Solutions does not promise a workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or guaranteed pest-free result through these general terms. Any warranty or follow-up treatment commitment applies only if it is stated in writing for the particular service, including its duration, covered pest, and conditions.

The written service agreement controls those details. Ask us to clarify the terms before approving work if a warranty is important to your decision.

Treatment results can depend on pest activity, building conditions, access, sanitation, weather, and steps taken by occupants. A written commitment may set conditions such as allowing access for a follow-up visit or following preparation instructions.

If those conditions are not met, coverage may not apply as described in that agreement. Nothing in this section changes pesticide label requirements or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Contact Idaho Pest Solutions if you believe work did not match the approved scope so we can review the service record and discuss the applicable written terms.

Service Expert at Idaho Pest Solutions

I grew up in the Boise area and learned pest control on homes where dry summers, irrigation, and cold snaps each brought different pest pressures. I started this company to give Idaho homeowners clear treatment plans for problems like ants, spiders, rodents, and seasonal invaders, grounded in the state’s pesticide application requirements.

Responsibility for Service and Existing Conditions

To the extent permitted by law, Idaho Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim related to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability that cannot legally be waived. We are not responsible for damage or conditions that existed before service, concealed defects, pest activity outside the approved treatment area, or outcomes caused by circumstances beyond the agreed work, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

These terms do not excuse compliance with Idaho Pesticide and Chemigation Law, Idaho Code Title 22, Chapter 34, applicator licensing under § 22-3407, or EPA label directions required by FIFRA, including 7 U.S.C. § 136 and section 12(a)(2)(G).

Container handling must follow applicable EPA rules, including 40 CFR Part 165. Waste determinations and disposal must follow applicable federal and Idaho requirements, including RCRA where applicable. Nothing here overrides a regulator’s authority or applicable safety requirements.
